Silver Sands Private Beach - a long way from our compound but so relaxing. A hundred riyal for the day and no abayas necessary; priceless.

At the tea emporium - best part, it's only a fifteen minute walk from home.
This is one of the guarded, barricaded and barbed wire entrances to our compound. Saudia City is one of the older compounds and is lacking in charm to say the least. But we definately feel secure!
